Uploading Assignments and supporting evidence

Q - I can't upload my assignment what am I doing wrong?
A - Assignments have to be uploaded on the app via your desktop, the mobile app may 'spin out'


Q - I have a video recording of a coaching session - how do I upload this?
A- You will need to compress the file before submitting it. You can use the portal (Arema Academy). If you do have problems with the file size we can use WeTransfer - Send Large Files & Share Photos Online - Up to 2GB Free

Q - I would like my assignment to be reviewed before I submit it. What is the correct process?
A - You can email your tutor and ask for them to review your assignment before using the portal (Arema Academy) to submit.


After Submission

Q - I submitted my assignment on the portal (Arema Academy) but I need it reviewed first, what should I do?
A - Don't worry all assignments received are reviewed and approved, If your assignment needs to be amended your tutor will be in touch.

Q - I have submitted my assignment, what now?
A - Your assignment will be reviewed then approved. Once it has reached this stage it will go off for internal verification, this may take up to 10 days. 


Learner Number and Accounts

Q - What is my 'Learner Number'
A - This is a unique identifier issued by ILM on enrolment. You need to add this to all assignments. Your learner number will be emailed to you with your ILM registration confirmation.

Q - How do I activate my ILM account
A- You will receive an email from ILM and Arema with a link, your learner number will be required along with your registered email address.

Certificates and Digital Credentials

Q - When will i get my certificates and Digital Credentials?
A - This will be upon completion and verification of all assignments. Certificate hard copies will be posted to your chosen address. Soft copies will be emailed. Digital Credentials will need to be claimed via an email from Acclaim asking you do so.

A- Digital credentials are data-rich representations of knowledge, skills, or behaviours developed through the learning programme - fully verified by ILM.
